Wellness Check
In order to begin your member journey with BLACspace Cooperative, you will complete a Holistic Wellness Check that will determine where we focus support for you. It has both a written and verbal component.
Please fill out one form per organization.
Seed Member Agreement
Once you confirm your program participants and their contact info, your Seed Member Agreement will come by email from dropbox sign. Please read this document carefully and sign it by July 14. It includes policies such as participation expectations, member candidacy period, confidentiality, media release and our conflict engagement policy, which is very important to our smooth operations. Here is a preview of the member agreement, if you’d like to begin reviewing it.
As a Seed Member, your annual reciprocity dues will be calculated on a sliding scale, beginning at just 0.1% of your organization’s annual budget. That means if your budget is $100,000, your minimum contribution is $100; if it’s $1,000,000, your minimum is $1,000.
The full value of the program is estimated at $10,000 annually, so we encourage you to contribute as generously as your capacity allows. During this early phase, much of BLACspace’s operations are made possible through philanthropic support - but these initial rates will evolve as our cooperative business model matures.
Reciprocity dues are due no later than August 15, 2025.
